水煮雞蛋10分鐘,放進涼開水裡剝殼;牛油果取切半; Hard boil eggs for 10 mins, take the shell. Halve the avocado.

雞蛋切半,取蛋黃3個; Halve the eggs and take 3 yolks out.

蛋黃和牛油果放進攪拌器,加入鹽和黑胡椒粉; Put yolk and avocado into the blender with salt and black pepper powder.

攪拌均勻後放進擠花袋; After well blending, bring to the piping bag.

在蛋白凹處擠出花; Pipe into the whites.
