Ingredients

  • Cake flour
    250g
  • Almond flour
    50g
  • powdered sugar
    100g
  • salt
    0.6g
  • Unsalted cream
    130g
  • Egg
    1 pc

Steps

  • Put 130g of unsalted cream in a large bowl and press it with a spatula. Add 100g of powdered sugar and 0.6g of salt, press to mix and combine.

  • Place the eggs in a small bowl and beat them into a whole egg wash and add them to a large bowl in 2 separate portions, each time until the egg mixture is completely integrated and emulsified, and then add the next time.

  • Add 50g of almond flour to a large bowl and mix well, finally add 250g of cake flour and mix well.

  • Roll the mixed dough into a cylinder or long cylinder, wrap it in plastic wrap and put it on the freezer for 30 minutes.

  • Take out the dough, cut out a thickness of 0.4cm, mold it with English letters, and press the words.

  • Preheat the oven to 170 degrees for 10 minutes. Once preheated, place the cookies in the oven and lightly colour at 170 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Will be ~~ delicious baked.
