Betty's cake mix 1 sachet
Light sour cream 1 tablespoon
1 Preheat oven 180℃ conventional (160℃ fan-forced). Grease a 20cm deep round cake pan with cooking spray. Line the base with baking paper.
2 Beat eggs in a bowl with electric mixer on high speed for 4 mins or until light and creamy and doubled in volume.
3 Heat milk and butter in a saucepan, stirring over a low heat until butter melt
4 Stir cake mix into milk and butter and mix until smooth. Fold cake mixture through beaten eggs.
5 Pour mixture into prepared pan, and bake for 45 mins or until skewer inserted in centre comes our clean.
6 Cool for 10 mins in pan, then turn onto eire rack and cool completely.
7 Mix milk chocolate frosting and 1 tablespoon light sour cream in a bowl, and drizzle over the top of cake to create a luscious chocolate glaze.
