Betty's cake mix 1 sachet
Light sour cream 1 tablespoon
1Preheat oven 180℃ conventional (160℃ fan-forced). Grease a 20cm deep round cake pan with cooking spray. Line the base with baking paper.
2Beat eggs in a bowl with electric mixer on high speed for 4 mins or until light and creamy and doubled in volume.
3Heat milk and butter in a saucepan, stirring over a low heat until butter melt
4Stir cake mix into milk and butter and mix until smooth. Fold cake mixture through beaten eggs.
5Pour mixture into prepared pan, and bake for 45 mins or until skewer inserted in centre comes our clean.
6Cool for 10 mins in pan, then turn onto eire rack and cool completely.
7Mix milk chocolate frosting and 1 tablespoon light sour cream in a bowl, and drizzle over the top of cake to create a luscious chocolate glaze.
