波菜雅芝竹開胃醬 Spinach Artichoke Dip

食材

兩湯匙牛油 2 tablespoons butter
半杯切碎蔥白及部份小青蔥 1/2 cup green onions, white and light green parts only, thinly sliced
兩瓣蒜頭 2 cloves garlic, minced
少許肉荳蔻粉 1 pinch ground nutmeg
少許鹽及黑椒 salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
一礶雅芝竹心去水及切碎 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
一包急凍碎波菜去水及切碎 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach , thawed, drained and squeezed dry
一包輭忌廉軟芝士 8 ounces cream cheese
半杯碎格魯耶爾芝士 1/2 cup shredded Gruyere cheese
半杯碎帕馬森芝士 1/2 cup finely grated Parmigiano
1/4茶匙辣醬 1/4 teaspoon hot sauce
1/4杯碎馬蘇里拉芝士 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 預熱焗爐華氏400度 Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • 2 牛油熱熔,中火炒軟蔥白加少許鹽,大概五分鐘,加蒜頭略炒,離火。 Melt butter in a saucepan over medium-low heat; stir in onions and pinch of salt. Cook, stirring occasionally, until onions are soft, about 5 minutes. Stir garlic into onions and remove from heat.
  • 3 混合波菜,雅芝竹,忌簾軟芝士,格魯耶爾芝士,帕馬森芝士,辣醬,肉荳蔻粉,鹽及黑椒 Mix spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, Gruyere, Parmigiano-Reggiano, hot sauce, nutmeg, salt, and pepper in a large bowl until combined.
  • 4 將混合好的材料舖滿焗盤,灑上馬蘇里拉芝士 Spoon artichoke mixture into two ramekins. Top each with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  • 5 放進焗爐焗大約25分鐘至金黄 Bake in the preheated oven until tops are golden brown and bubbling, about 25 minutes.
