蜂蜜6湯匙、原味烤肉醬2湯匙、檸檬汁2湯匙、細砂糖2湯匙,加入碗中,攪拌至砂糖溶解。 Add honey, plain barbecue sauce, lemon juice, caster sugar to a bowl and stir until sugar dissolves.

豬肋排洗去雜質及血水。 Wash the pork ribs to remove impurities and blood.

用餐巾紙擦乾豬肋排上的水份 Dry the pork ribs with a napkin

在豬肋排的所有角落刷上蜜汁燒烤醬 Brush all corners of the pork ribs with Honey Barbecue Sauce

放入保鮮袋或保鮮盒,冷藏醃漬5小時以上。 Put it in a fresh-keeping bag or a fresh-keeping box, and refrigerate and marinate for at least 5 hours.

5小時後,從冰箱取出,再刷一次烤肉醬後。以210度烘烤15分鐘。 After 5 hours, remove from refrigerator and brush with barbecue sauce again. Bake at 210 degrees for 15 minutes.
