1[Prep] (1) [Noodles]boil water. Add salt for flavor. (2) Mince garlic, slice mushrooms
2Med heat. Pour slightly oil (preferably olive oil or coconut oil) Sauté mushrooms and garlic till brown Note. The coconut oil will change the flavor.
3Cooked pasta in the boiled water according to the suggested time -2min from the box. (Ex. Suggest 10 then cook for 8)
4Sauté sliced tomato in the same pan as Gaelic&mushrooms. Till Paste like.
5Add a bit noodle water into the pan (for paste). Drain the pasta (toss with some olive oil if wanted) Cook the sauce for another 30sec-1min.
6Mix the sauce with noodles. Cook for roughly 2min (for concentration and texture+taste of pasta)
The sauté part and the concentrations part are the keys for good taste.
