備料: 洋蔥切條或碎, 紅蘿蔔切絲, 牛肉片切小片. Prep: Chop onion, shred carrot, cut beef into small bites.

牛肉用醬油用一大匙醬油醃10分鐘. Marinate beef with 1 tbsp. soy sauce for 10 minutes.

洋蔥下鍋, 加水, 鵬大師, 醬油, 糖. 最後加入紅蘿蔔煮開. Put onion, water, bonito soup stock, sugar, lastly carrot, bring to boil.

加入牛肉, 姜泥, 攪拌均勻煮至牛肉熟透. Add beef and mashed ginger into the pot and cook until beef is fully cooked.

淋至飯上, 盡快上桌. Pour on rice, server right away.
