切碎洋蔥. Mince onion.

將絞豬肉稍微炒熟, 加入洋蔥, 辣豆瓣醬後攪拌均勻. Stir-fry ground pork into slightly white, then add onion, spicy bean sauce, mix well.

加入蕃茄醬, 蠔油, 白糖, 最後加入水. 攪拌均勻後煮開後中火煮3-5分鐘. Add ketchup, oyster sauce, sugar and water. Bring to boil, then turn to medium heat and cook for 3-5 mins.
