咖哩烏冬Beef Curry Udon

步驟

洋蔥切碎, 馬鈴薯和紅蘿蔔去皮切成 1/2吋大小. Dice onion, potato and carrots, peeled and cut into 1/2” size.

鍋中加入油和洋蔥, 拌炒約兩分鐘. Add oil and onion to pot, cook for 2 mins.

加入紅蘿蔔和馬鈴薯, 繼續拌炒直到邊邊稍微焦黃. Add carrot and potato, and pan fry till the edges are a little browned.

水加入鍋中, 蓋上蓋子,慢煮15分鐘或直到紅蘿蔔和馬鈴薯變軟. Add the 2 ½ cups of water to the pot, close the lid and simmer for 15 mins or until carrot and potato are soft.

趁現在依照烏冬包裝將烏冬煮熟後瀝乾. In the meantime, cook the udon noodles follow package instructions. Then drain and set aside.

牛肉片慢慢放進鍋裡,最後加入咖哩塊, 攪拌至溶化 (可加一點水). 牛肉煮熟後關火. (English instruction below)

Add beef slices slowly, add curry blocks and mix until all melted (add more water if needed). Once beef slices are cooked turn off heat.

烏冬麵加入碗內, 淋上咖哩湯汁. Place the udon noodles in a bowl and pour the curry soup onto the noodles.
