熱鍋加油, 放入番茄, 悶約幾分鐘至番茄稍軟. Heat a pot, add oil then add tomato, close the lid and simmer for a few mins until tomato is slightly softened.

攪拌番茄後淋上蛋汁, 慢慢地攪拌, 不要攪拌得太頻繁, 這樣蛋才會有口感. Mix tomato then sprinkle eggs on top, mix slowly, don’t mix too much. This will make the egg have more texture

加一點水, 再加入糖和鹽稍微煮開,拌入2湯匙的"勾芡". Add a bit of water, and then add sugar and salt. Bring to boil, mix in 2 tbsp. of "Starch Water".

加青蔥攪拌均勻. Mix in green onion.
