蘿蔔芹菜排骨湯

1將一小鍋裝入水, 蓋過排骨. 讓水滾一陣子, 這可以煮出豬骨的雜質.

2Add water into a pot, just enough to cover the spare ribs. Boil the water for a while; this will get the extra dirt out of the ribs.

3切白蘿蔔切塊, 芹菜切碎.

4Cut radish into bite size and chop celery into small bits.

5將煮開的髒水倒掉換一批新的冷水. 加入白蘿蔔, 煮滾後轉小火燉煮15分鐘. (或直到白蘿蔔稍微透明)

6Dump out all the dirty spare rib soup and add new water into the pot. Put radish into the pot, bring to boil then let the soup simmer for 15 minutes.

7最後加入芹菜再煮30秒, 加入鹽.

8Finally add the celery and boil for 30 seconds, then add salt.
