將一小鍋裝入水, 蓋過排骨. 讓水滾一陣子, 這可以煮出豬骨的雜質.

Add water into a pot, just enough to cover the spare ribs. Boil the water for a while; this will get the extra dirt out of the ribs.

Cut radish into bite size and chop celery into small bits.

Dump out all the dirty spare rib soup and add new water into the pot. Put radish into the pot, bring to boil then let the soup simmer for 15 minutes.

最後加入芹菜再煮30秒, 加入鹽.
