步驟

準備一個攪拌盆, 加入豬肉片, 再加入醬油, 姜泥 和味醂, 攪拌均勻後醃10~15分鐘.

Prepare a mixing bowl, place sliced pork, add soy sauce, ginger and mirin, mix well then marinade for 10 ~15 mins.

將洋蔥切成條狀. Shred Onion

熱鍋加油之後加入洋蔥拌炒至洋蔥稍軟. Heat oil in skillet then add onion and pan fry until the onion is slightly soft.

將全部豬肉和醃料一同倒進鍋裡拌炒至全熟.(如果醃料很乾可加些水) Put the whole pork marinade into the skillet and continue pan frying until fully cooked. (add some water if too dry)

讓水稍微蒸發, 不要太水. Let water evaporate a little so it’s not too watery.

關火後就可以盛盤了! (可加上青蔥讓擺盤好看一點) Turn off the heat then move onto a dish. (Add some green onion to make the dish more colorful)
