將一塊蠟紙放在烤盤的底部,將雞翅放在上面。 Lay a piece of wax paper on the bottom of your baking pan and lay the chicken wings on top.

預熱烤箱至400°F / 205°C Preheat oven to 400°F/ 205°C

把一半的鹽和一半份量的紅椒粉撒在雞翅上 Sprinkle half of the salt and half of the paprika on this side of the wings

一旦烤箱達到400°F / 205°C,將雞翅放入烤箱中烘烤15分鐘 Once oven reached 400°F/ 205°C, put the wings in to the oven and bake for 15mins

15分鐘後取出烤箱(或直到表皮酥脆)。 Take the pan out after 15 mins (or till the skin is crispy.)

所有的雞翅翻面,將其餘的鹽和辣椒粉灑在翅膀上 Flip all the chicken wings over and sprinkle rest of the salt and paprika powder on the wings.
