女兒對酸甜的cream cheese情有獨鍾,也許是因為從小愛吃芝士的緣故,因此也最喜歡弄帶此材料的甜點。

搗碎OREO餅乾(我硬要把裡面的糖片拿掉); Smash OREO into fine crust (I request my girl to take out the sugary filling in between).

小火溶化牛油; Melt butter with low heat.

熱牛油加入Oreo 碎中,以刮刀拌勻; Add hot melted butter into the Oreo crust, mix with a spatula.

再以平底杯壓平,雪藏15分鐘; Press hard to form firmly flat surface, chill for 15 mins.

打cream cheese至柔滑; Beat cream cheese till fluffy.

加入糖霜繼續打,打至柔滑綿密; Add icing sugar, beat till smooth and fluffy.

取出冷藏後的餅底,把混合物倒在餅底上; Take Oreo crust out from the fridge, put the cream cheese mixture onto the crust surface.

抹平表面冷藏至少1小時; Spread through the surface and chill for at least 1 hour.

水煮沸騰,把巧克力置於水面調溫或溶化; Boil water, temper or melt chocolate on top.

把凍餅切成小方塊; Cut the cheesecake into small cubes.

小方丁在融化的巧克力裡滾滾; Coat the cheesecake cubes with chocolate.

用叉子撈起,輕拍叉子把多餘的巧克力去掉; Pick it up with a fork, tap to drop the excess chocolate.

再利用一個小叉子把沾滿巧克力的成品移到牛油紙上待涼; Use a smaller fork to transfer the cream cheese bite onto a piece of baking paper, let dry.
