The only ingredient you need: a cup of popcorn kernels, no flavor or fat added.

1 cup popcorn will result about 1 and 1/4 cups of cornmeal.

Put popcorn kernels inside a Vitamix blender, grain mill, or coffee grinder.

Grind small batches of corns to prevent overheating the cornmeal and blender/grinder.

Sift the cornmeal and pick out large pieces, or grind it again. All done!
