  • 1 The only ingredient you need: a cup of popcorn kernels, no flavor or fat added.
  • 2 1 cup popcorn will result about 1 and 1/4 cups of cornmeal.
  • 3 Put popcorn kernels inside a Vitamix blender, grain mill, or coffee grinder.
  • 4 Grind small batches of corns to prevent overheating the cornmeal and blender/grinder.
  • 5 Sift the cornmeal and pick out large pieces, or grind it again. All done!
