Chocolate Molten Lava Cake
1Preheat oven 200℃ conventional (180℃ fan-forced). Grease 4×1/3 cup (80ml) ramekins with cooking spray.
2Combine cake mix and eggs. Add melted butter and stir until well combined.
3Divide mixture evenly between ramekins, bake for 15-20 mins or until edges are firm and centre slightly soft. Remove lava cakes from oven.
4To ensure a gooey lava centre serve immediately.
Grease ramekins with cooking spray.and bake for 12-15 mins.
