I don't have Mixed spice so I did some modifications.

Yeast mixture: 牛奶 + 水加熱至微溫 勿超過40度 與酵母粉混合

Sift the flour, sugar, spice and salt put into a large bowl then pour into melted butter(奶油) followed by the Yeast mixture and a beaten egg(打㪚蛋).

將麵團揉10分鐘左右 放溫暖處1小時或兩倍大

Take a dough out and mixed with dried fruits. knead around 2 mins

Preheat the oven 190°C 將麵團分割12份 放溫暖處30分鐘或兩倍大

十字做法: 麵粉加水 擠上十字 放入烤箱烤15至20分鐘 放至冷卻,塗上蜂蜜。
