Defrost salmon fillet. Marinate it with Balsamic vinegar for 10min (Shorter time or no marination if light taste is preferred)

Med high heat for heating up pan and oil. (~1min depends on the heat) Make sure the pan (&oil) is hot enough (else it’ll stick easily)

Turn med-low heat. Place the fillet with fish skin face upward. Fried for 3-5 min. (1/2in thick for 4 min)

Do the skin side for 3 min. When it’s almost done, turn med-high heat to make the skin crispy.

Gently take the fillet out and place on the plate. Pour some balsamic vinegar on top.

Serve. :)

Marination is not necessary.
All sort of herbs/condiments may be added. (Italian, parsley, paprika etc)
Can also do salt & pepper flavor instead of vinegar.
