滾一鍋水, 將豬肉一片一片慢慢放進鍋裡. 再加入青蔥和姜泥去腥味.

將豬肉片拿起擺盤放涼.

Mince garlic and chili (chop chili if it’s fresh, if it’s dried you can just break them by hand), then put into a bowl.

加入醬油, 芝麻油 , 白醋, 最後加入辣油, 攪拌均勻.

Add soy sauce, sesame oil, white vinegar and last chili oil, mix well.

將醬料淋上豬肉片.

Sprinkle the sauces on the pork.
