步驟

使用熱水泡軟香菇, 切碎. 把水留起來. Soak Shitake with hot water for 10 mins then chop into small pcs. Keep the water for now.

熱鍋, 加入絞肉, 香油, 肉燥, 油蔥酥, 蒜頭, 將水份炒出至絞肉焦香味出,炒乾水氣。 Heat a pot, add ground pork, sesame oil, fried garlic, garlic, mix well and pan fried until fragrant.

加入醬油, 香菇水和香菇加入鍋內. 稍微煮開. Add soy sauce, shitake water and shitake into the pot and bring to boil.

轉小火悶燒15~20分鐘. Turn the heat to low and stew for 15-20mins.

關火後就可以淋在白飯上享用囉! Turn off the heat then you can put the meat sauce on plain rice and enjoy!
