義式三色沙拉Caprese Salad

步驟

見田裡的羅勒葉長得像樣了,立刻想做水牛芝士肉茄沙拉; Look how healthy and fresh the basil is growing in our field!

肉茄和羅勒葉以鹼性水泡浸十來分鐘; Soak the tomatoes and basil in alkaline water for 10 mins or more to get rid of dirt.

把水牛芝士包裝剪開,倒掉裡面的水; Cut the mozzarella cheese packing and drain the liquid inside.

新鮮水牛芝士切厚片,番茄去掉頭尾部分後切片; Slice cheese and tomatoes.

按圖排列在碟子上; Arrange tomato and cheese slices on a serving plate.

按圖插上羅勒葉; Arrange basil as shown.

撒上黑椒碎; Sprinkle with cracked black pepper.

撒點鹽; A little bit salt as you wish.

淋上橄欖油; Pour extra virgin olive oil over salad.
