【Easy Tips】Tofu Pudding 豆花

Only needs TWO ingredients.
Cheap, Healthy & Great taste!!!

食材
Pudding
Sugar Soymilk
500ml
Gelatin powder
7g
Sugar Soup
Brown Sugar
5T (50g)
Dark sugar
1T (10g)
Water
300 ml

    Mix the gelatin and "Sugar-Free" soymilk well.

    Use light fire to cook. Keep stirring till you see little bubbles around the pot, BUT do not boil.

    Sift the soymilk.
  • 4
    After cooling down, put it into the refrigerator for 4 hours.

    ※ Sugar Soup Base ※ 1. Mix the sugar with water well and boil it.

    2. Serve after it cools down or put it into the refrigerator.

※ Sugar Soup Base Tip:
You can also microwave the water with sugar for 2 minutes. And then, stir till it melts.
※ This Tofu Pudding should be eaten cold.
※ "Sugar-Free" soymilk
