Olive oil 1 Tbsp.
Cubed chicken 2
Minced garlic 3
Chicken broth 28 Oz
Heavy cream 2 Cups
Penne pasta 1 lbs
Parmesan 3 cups
Parsley Just about
1In a pot, heat the oil and brown the chicken.
2Add garlic, and sauté for about a minute.
3Add broth, cream, and pasta, and bring to a boil.
4Cover and reduce the heat to a simmer for 15-20 min.
5Turn off heat and stir in parmesan cheese.
6Top with parsley if desired.
