Homemade pull apart garlic bread.

Prepare dough: Mix all the group 1 ingredients except butter. Put the butter in 5 min later to make the dough more smooth. Mix well, rest 1-2 hrs.

Garlic spread: mix garlic mince, salt and softened butter.

Split the dough into 4 round doughs and rest 10 min.

Flatten the dough and apply the garlic spread in the middle. *Don’t apply on edges. Then, roll them into 4 long rods shape separately.

Place 4 doughs in the baking tray. Each one with one end up and the other end down. Connect different ends from the next dough to form a circle.

Make some patterns by cutting the surface (optional). Rest 1 hr. Apply egg wash on the top. Bake 20 min, 200°C.

Brush butter on the top when it is still hot and spread the fresh parsley on the top. Ready to go. 😋😋😋
