Beer battered beef stew

Chop beef into dice (1in*1in) Marinate it with sugar for 20 min (To make it tender) After 20min, roll beef dice into flour on all sides.

Chop onions and tomato into desired shape (personally, I prefer larger chunks)

Preheat the skillet. Pour beef dice into skillet to brown all sides (Let it sit for browning. Only stir occasionally) Heat: high

Add rock sugar for better taste (to mix it with pork oil, caramel flavor) Turn heat to med. (The pork oil will be out only at med heat.)

Take everything out and stir fried onions and tomatoes with the remaining pork oil/sauce. Heat: browning for high heat. Otherwise med is good enough

Take veggies out and pour in the pork. Add the beer. Stew it for 10min. Heat: low-med.

Add everything into the pot including condiment. Add water till it covers most of the ingredients (esp. pork)

Stew for 40 min.
