芒果起肉,留起 1/3 果肉,其餘 2/3 加 1/2 杯奶打成芒果漿,備用。 Save 1/3 of the mango cubes. Blend the remaining 2/3 plus 1/2 cup of milk into a purée.

啫哩粉加糖灑進1 杯熱水,搞溶搞均無粒成啫哩粉漿, 備用。 Place gelatin powder and sugar into a cup of hot water, mix well until dissolved, ready for use.

啫哩粉漿 + 芒果漿 + 花奶 1 罐, 搞均。 Dissolved Gelatin mix + mango purée + 1 can of Evaporated milk, mixed well.

布丁漿倒進容器, 留起的芒果肉平均分佈,放入冰箱至少三至四小時,便可享用。
