玉米湯 Corn Soup

步驟

將水加入小鍋子中先不要開火, 然後加入麵粉拌勻直到沒有小顆粒. Add water to a small pot without turning on the heat, then add flour then mix until there are no lumps.

開大火後加入雞粉和玉米粒攪拌均勻. Turn on the heat to high then add chicken stock and kernel corn, mix well.

打蛋, 先放旁邊. Beat egg and set it aside.

湯稍微開後加入牛奶. 轉小火, 煮開. Once the soup is slightly boiled, add milk. Turn to medium heat, bring to boil.

關火將蛋汁慢慢加入湯內, 用湯匙以同一方向將蛋打散. Turn off the heat, add egg slowly and mix with spoon with circular motion in the same direction.
