1)On Friday evening, take meatballs out of the bags and put in 4 medium size buffet serving tray.

2)Make sauce: Get a large bowl and mix all the liquids from the ingredients. Mix well.- (Plan on spending 30 minutes for 2 people to accomplish this

3)Pour the prepared sauce evenly to all 4 buffet serving trays.

4)Mix the meatballs with the poured sauce.

5)Cover the buffet trays with tray cover and store them into refrigerator.

6)On Sunday morning at 8:45am, take the buffet trays from the refrigerator. Replace the buffet cover lids with aluminum foil.

7)Put 2 trays in each oven. Bake the meatballs at 540 degrees.

8)On Sunday at 10:15am, reduce oven heat to 350 degrees.

9)Rotate the buffet trays in the oven. Put the top rack buffet tray to bottom rack. Put the bottom buffet tray to top rack.

10)Bake with the aluminum foil covering meatballs.

11)These meatballs should be ready at 12pm.
