食材

Sugar 2 cups
Flour 2 cups
Butter 1 stick
Oil Half cup
Cocoa powder 4 tbsp
Water 1 cup
Milk Half cup
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Egg 2
Baking soda 1 tsp
Vanilla 1 tsp
Frosting
Butter 1 stick
Milk 6 tbsp
Cocoa powder 4 tbsp
Powder sugar 3.5 cups
Vanilla 1 tbsp
  • 1 Preheat the oven to 400 Fahrenheit (204 Celsius)
  • 2 Put the sugar and flour in a bowl
  • 3 Melt butter, oil, cocoa powder and water in a pan. Bring to a boil.
  • 4 Pour the mixture into the sugar flour bowl.
  • 5 Pour the vinegar into the milk, or use buttermilk.
  • 6 Put eggs, vanilla and baking soda into the bowl. Mix well.
  • 7 Pour it in a baking pan. Bake it for 20 minutes.
  • 8 For the frosting, it's optional. Melt butter, milk and cocoa powder in a pan.
  • 9 Powder sugar, vanilla and if you want, a cup of chopped walnuts or other nuts you want to put in a bowl.
  • 10 Pour the mixture in the bowl. Mix well.
  • 11 Put the forsting on the top.

Put the frosting on the cake while it's still hot.
Be sure to make the frosting just before the cake is done so the frosting doesn't have a chance set up.
