步驟

  • Cook pasta in boiled salted water till the package time - 2~3 min. Note. “Boiled” water. Salt for flavor.

  • Heat up a skillet. Sauté chopped bacon till brown (crispy, if preferred) Nt: No need for extra oil. Bacon won’t stick on “well-heated” skillet

  • (Brown chopped onions and garlic for flavor, if preferred)

  • Pour drained pasta into a pan. (Keep 3 cups of pasta water aside) Add 1tbsp butter. Stir occasionally. Heat: med-high

  • Add 1~1.5 cup of pasta water to the pan. High heat for boiling the water.

  • Add 1~ 1.5 cup of heavy cream. Heat: med-high Nt: cut down the amount here or use milk for health conscious.

  • Thicken the sauce. Add bacon in between. (Prefer crispy then add late. Prefer head bacon taste then add early.) stir occasionally Heat: high then med

  • Add parsley, black pepper, cheese Parmesan ... etc by preference.

  • Serve :)

-pasta water has starch(thicken the sauce and glue the pasta)
-milk takes long time to condense, but doable (cut down boil time, increase thickening sauce time or thicken the sauce b4 adding pasta)
