lemon grass 10
turmeric 8 oz
  • 1 50 lb chicken thighs
  • 2 Season the chicken thighs overnight
  • 3 Grounded the gloves of garlic, lemon grass and turmeric
  • 4 Bake at 375 degree for 40 minutes
  • 5 Cool down, and cut into 4 pieces per each thigh
