蛋炒5分熟絕對不出問題 我想醬油只是微微的提味而已,但我加的是一般醬油,而且有一些多,所以顏色暗掉了 我想味道不夠再多加些胡椒跟鹽就好 Cooking scrambled eggs to a medium doneness (about 5 minutes) is absolutely fine. I think soy sauce is just to slightly enhance the flavor, but I added regular soy sauce, and a bit too much, so the color turned dark. If the taste isn't enough, I can just add more pepper and salt.

這是我第二次嘗試肉燥,覺得比上次更有入味,蒜頭跟番茄少了點,但覺得賣相不是很好看😆,番茄醬汁最後巴在肉上面 有進步了~ This is my second attempt at making meat sauce, and I feel it's more flavorful than last time. The garlic and tomatoes are a bit less, but I think the presentation doesn't look very good 😆. The tomato sauce ended up sticking to the meat in the end. There's been some improvement!

這次的香菇買錯了 再來是蒜不要太多 會蓋過醬的味道, 番茄多的話也是 這次我的蒜跟蕃茄都多,所以味道變得很輕淡(看來可以再改進) This time I bought the wrong mushrooms (it seems thinner mushrooms would be more suitable). Also, don't use too much garlic and too many tomatoes, as it can overpower the sauce's flavor. This time, I used too much garlic and tomatoes, so the flavor turned out very mild (looks like it can be improved).

真的好吃 本來要加甜辣醬忘了加 出現了淡淡的啤酒香,清爽,因為沒有烤網但有烤箱,所以加了一個翻面的步驟,一樣好吃 "It was really delicious. I originally wanted to add sweet chili sauce but forgot. There was a faint beer aroma, refreshing. Since I didn't have a grill but had an oven, I added a step to flip it over. It was still delicious."

因為平底鍋太大了,做起來沒那麼漂亮,不過好吃,有種台式omelet 的感覺,起司我是先攪拌一起(懶人),忘了加油 "Because the frying pan was too big, it didn't look as pretty, but it tasted delicious. It had a Taiwanese omelet feel to it. I mixed the cheese in first (lazy method)."
