作法

雞胸肉切塊。太白粉加入黑胡椒粉拌勻

雞胸肉均勻裹上粉後半煎炸至表面微黃取出

倒掉鍋中多餘的油,加入水、糖、醬油、蠔油、米酒煮滾

煮滾後放入炸好的雞肉與薑末、蒜末拌勻

煮到醬汁黏稠即可出鍋
